Fishing River Township, MO – Two Hurt in Car Crash on Route N near Rock Falls Rd

Fishing River Township, MO (June 9, 2023) – The Missouri State Highway Patrol rushed to the scene of an automobile accident in Ray County that resulted in injuries.

The crash was reported to MSHP at around 5:20 p.m. on June 8.

Official reports indicate that a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt failed to yield the right-of-way to a 2014 Ford Focus while traveling north of Rock Falls Road. As a result, the two vehicles crashed into one another. Both vehicles were damaged extensively as a result of the crash and had to be towed from the scene.

Two people involved in the accident, identified as 24-year-old Griffen Harris and 82-year-old Daniel Walker, were injured. Harris was transported to Ray County Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries. Walker was transported to Liberty Hospital.

At this time, the incident is being investigated.
