Kansas City, MO (June 15, 2023) – An 8-year-old child was left with extensive injuries as a result of a pedestrian crash that occurred in the Kansas City area.
The accident took place at approximately 10:30 p.m. on June 13.
According to reports provided by the Kansas City Police Department, a young child was struck by a vehicle near the Stonegate Meadows Apartments, which are located on East 42nd Street.
The child was out playing with a large group of other children when they were struck by a vehicle.
The victim, identified as an eight-year-old boy, was left with significant injuries. He was rushed to an area hospital for emergency care.
