Experiencing an accident can be a devastating and unexpected ordeal, causing immense emotional and physical strain. Sadly, Missouri witnesses tens of thousands of individuals suffering harm due to automobile accidents annually, many of which could have been prevented. Negligent behavior remains a leading cause of these accidents, with speeding, reckless driving, adverse weather conditions, running red lights, and drunk driving being among the most common culprits.
