Car crashes occur all too frequently in Missouri, creating significant challenges for both drivers and communities. Many of these accidents are attributed to drivers who act recklessly and carelessly, disregarding their own safety and that of others on the road. Speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, and failing to yield the right-of-way are just a few examples of dangerous behaviors that can endanger everyone. These actions not only increase the likelihood of accidents but also exacerbate their severity.
Despite the existence of laws and regulations aimed at ensuring our safety, some drivers still opt to take reckless risks that jeopardize their lives and the lives of others.
