Cole Camp, MO (July 10, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Benton County left two individuals hurt. The collision took place at around 7:30 a.m. on July 8.

Police reports show that a 2015 Dodge Ram pickup truck and a 2012 Volkswagen Golf collided on Missouri Highway 52 just east of Eckhoff Way. Both vehicles were significantly damaged in the accident and had to be towed from the scene. Paramedics responded to the crash site to care for 23-year-old Shane Thompson and 38-year-old Richard Koehn.
