Oak Grove, MO (July 28, 2024) – Two women were injured in a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Wednesday evening, July 24. The Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers were called to the site of the accident at around 8:45 p.m.
According to police reports, a 2008 Ford and a 2010 Dodge collided on Interstate 70. The incident prompted the closure of the roadway near mile marker 24.8. Both vehicles were severely damaged and had to be towed from the scene. The driver and passenger in the Ford, identified as 21-year-old Hallie Wenberg and 22-year-old Paris Dockery, were both injured. The two victims were transported to Centerpoint Hospital for medical care. At this time, the crash is being investigated.
