Car Accidents in Missouri

Dealing with car crashes can be extremely challenging. Every year, tens of thousands of individuals in Missouri suffer severe injuries that affect all aspects of their lives. If you've been injured in an accident, you have the option to seek legal recourse against the party at fault.

To succeed in your case, you must demonstrate the active negligence that directly led to the accident. This means showing clear evidence that someone's actions or inactions caused the incident. Some common contributing factors to consider include:

  • Mechanical failures: Issues such as brake malfunctions, tire blowouts, or engine problems that weren't addressed.
  • Inexperienced drivers: Individuals who lack the proper training or experience to handle certain driving conditions or vehicles.
  • Aggressive driving: Behaviors like speeding, tailgating, or erratic lane changes that increase the risk of accidents.
  • Driving under the influence of drugs: Operating a vehicle while impaired by prescription medications, illegal substances, or alcohol.
  • Poor visibility: Conditions such as heavy fog, rain, or poorly lit roads make it difficult to see other vehicles, pedestrians, or obstacles.

By thoroughly investigating and presenting these factors, you can build a stronger case to prove negligence.
