Auto Accidents in Missouri

Every year, a significant number of individuals suffer injuries due to car accidents. Unfortunately, many find themselves dealing with severe spinal cord fractures, deep cuts, and other substantial injuries that require extensive medical attention.

In Missouri, various common factors contribute to car accidents on the roads. Distracted driving stands out as a leading cause, often resulting from texting, talking on the phone, eating, or adjusting radio settings while driving. These distractions take the driver's attention away from the road, increasing the likelihood of a collision. Speeding and reckless driving behaviors, such as tailgating and changing lanes without signaling, also significantly raise the risk of accidents by reducing the driver's ability to react appropriately to sudden changes in traffic conditions. Impaired driving due to alcohol or drugs is another prevalent factor that impairs judgment and reaction times, often leading to devastating consequences. Moreover, adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, or snowstorms play a role in many car accidents across Missouri. These conditions can make roads slippery and reduce visibility, causing drivers to lose control of their vehicles.
