Warsaw, MO (May 20, 2024) – Emergency crews were requested to provide help at the scene of an automobile accident that occurred in the Warsaw area and ended in injuries. The collision was reported to law enforcement at around 1:15 p.m. on May 20.
According to official reports, a 2020 Ford Edge and a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox collided on US Highway 65. The incident prompted the closure of the roadway at the intersection of Route T. Both vehicles were totaled in the accident and had to be towed from the scene. Medical personnel tended to the injured victims briefly on site. The injured victims, 75-year-old Dandace Coder and 75-year-old James Creighton, both required further medical care. Creighton was transported to Golden Valley Hospital by EMS. Coder was transported by EMS to Bothwell Hospital. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
