Car Accidents in Missouri

Each year in Missouri, numerous car accidents take place, leaving many individuals injured and dealing with the aftermath. Unfortunately, a large number of these accidents are the result of negligent driving behaviors, such as speeding, failing to yield, and distracted driving. These reckless actions contribute significantly to the high number of accidents across the state.

Victims of these crashes often suffer from a variety of injuries, some of which can be life-altering. Whiplash, caused by the rapid back-and-forth motion of the neck during an accident, is one of the most common injuries. Back injuries are also frequently reported, as the force of impact can lead to significant pain and long-term damage. In more severe cases, individuals may experience traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), internal organ damage, or even paralysis—injuries that have long-lasting and devastating effects on their quality of life.
