Kansas City, MO (October 20, 2024) – A 42-year-old woman was transported to an area hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Platte County. The accident was reported at around 6:15 a.m. on October 17.

Official reports indicate that a 2022 Freightliner was traveling on the southbound side of Interstate 29 when it crashed into the rear of a 2000 one Chevrolet Blazer near mile marker 8.
