Fulkerson, MO (September 22, 2024) – Authorities confirmed that 65-year-old Kevin Wilson of Lee Summit, Missouri, lost his life as a result of a fatal accident that occurred in Johnson County. The accident took place at around 10:50 p.m. on September 20.
According to police reports, a 2021 Chevrolet Suburban was traveling in the wrong direction on the eastbound side of Highway 50 when it crashed head-on into a 2023 Subaru Legacy near Highway Z. Both vehicles were totaled in the accident. The driver of the Subaru, identified as Wilson, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Chevrolet, 45-year-old Peter Goss of Mission Hills, Kansas, was transported to Research Hospital for treatment. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
