Kansas City, MO (September 4, 2024) - A motor vehicle accident reported in North Kansas City sent one person to a local hospital with injuries. The accident occurred at around 9:40 a.m. on September 2.
Official reports show that a 2018 Jeep Renegade and a 2023 Dodge Challenger collided on the southbound side of Interstate 35. Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers arrived at the scene and immediately shut down the roadway just north of Armour Road. A 62-year-old man involved in the accident, identified as Ricky Bell of Kansas City, Missouri, was injured. He was transported by EMS to North Kansas City Hospital for emergency care.
